Black Friday & Cyber Monday may be weird this year, but luckily we’ve still got a bunch of nice deals on different radar detectors & dash cameras with savings of up to $150 off.
Note 1: Due to supply chain issues causing inventory issues, many of these links will give you multiple purchase options. This way you have a better chance to get something in stock. 👍
Note 2: Some of these deals are only good for Black Friday. Others are good until Cyber Monday.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals on Radar Detectors
Cobra DualPro 360, $150 Off
Save $150 on the Cobra DualPro 360
Escort Max 360, $100 Off (Expired)
The Escort Max 360 offers directional arrows in addition to good performance and false alert filtering in an easy to use plug-and-play package. Pair it with your phone to add a speed limit display and cloud alerts shared with other drivers.
Save $100 on the Escort Max 360 (Expired)
Escort Max 360c, $70 Off
If you have WiFi in your car or at home, you can get the Max 360c instead. This adds WiFi to the Max 360 (and a few other features like band segmentation) to make it easier to connect to the cloud and get firmware and redlight camera database updates over the air.
Save $70 on the Escort Max 360c
Escort Max3, $50 Off
If you don’t need arrows, you can save some more cash and go with the more affordable Escort Max 3. It’s similar to the Max 360 and can also detect radar front and rear. It just won’t tell you which direction the signal is coming from. However, once it goes off, you’ll likely be slowing down either way. For Cyber Monday, the Max3 is $50 off.
Escort Max3 & M2 dashcam, $80 Off (Expired)
Use the promo code “MAX3M2” to save $80.
Save $80 on the Escort Max3 and M2 (Expired)
Escort MaxCam 360c, Free 2nd Day Shipping
(I’m keeping an eye out for discounts from other brands too. Radenso and Valentine won’t be doing Black Friday sales, for example. It looks like Uniden isn’t doing anything either. You can get the new Uniden R4 now, plus the Uniden R7 is on Amazon for $20 off, but that’s now normal pricing. I’ll update this article if anything changes.)
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals on Dash Cameras
Most of the Black Friday deals I’m seeing are on dashcams. Here’s my favorite ones I’m seeing.
Viofo: These are the best for your bang for the buck. Want good quality with good core driving and parking features? Get one of these. (I run a Viofo in my wife’s car.)
Thinkware: These will offer more advanced features including more sophisticated parking mode and low energy mode for long term parking recording. (I run a Thinkware in my mom’s car.)
Blackvue: Want a dashcam that’s connected to the cloud? Blackvues are the best for this. (I run a Blackvue in my car.)
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals on Viofo Dash Cameras
All Viofo dashcams are 20% off for Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
Viofo A119 v3, $20 Off
Want a simple, yet high quality dashcam for under $100? Get the Viofo A119 v3.
It offers excellent 1440p video quality, driving and parking recording, and offers a great bang for the buck. It’s what I run in my wife’s car and I continue to run and recommend it.
Viofo A129 Plus Duo, $35 Off
Want to add a second rear cam? Pick up the A129 Plus Duo. It does 1440p up front and 1080p in the rear.
The A129 Plus also adds WiFi for easier file transfers and settings changes.
Save $35 on the Viofo A129 Plus Duo
Viofo A129 Pro Duo, $50 Off
My personal favorite Viofo is the A129 Pro Duo. This is the one I’d run myself.
It’s the same as the A129 Plus Duo, except it bumps the front cam from 1440p to 4K for even better video quality. This is my favorite bang for the buck 4K dashcam.
Save $50 on the Viofo A129 Pro Duo
Viofo A139, $54 Off
Want to add interior recording? Pick up the Viofo A139. This adds a third 1080p cam with infrared LED’s to light up the inside of your vehicle, even at night.
There’s lots of 3CH dashcams and this one is my favorite so far.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals on Blackvue Dash Cameras
Blackvue dashcams are particularly suited to cloud connectivity. They can connect to the internet and act as both a dashcam and a security camera, whether you’re in your car or not. If you don’t need cloud connectivity, take a look at the simpler and more affordable Viofo’s instead.
All Blackvue dashcams are 12% off for Black Friday.
Pro-tip: When purchasing from BlackboxMyCar, use the coupon code VORTEX20 to save an additional 5% off the Black Friday prices.
Blackvue DR900X-2CH Plus, 12% Off
Blackvue’s speciality is cloud connectivity so if you want a dashcam that’s connected to the cloud, this is a solid pick. You’ll want to pair it with the optional CM100LTE and a SIM card to add that capability.
Save $56 on the Blackvue DR900X-2CH Plus (front and rear)
Save $43 on the Blackvue DR900X-1CH Plus (front only)

Combo Bundle: Blackvue DR900X-2CH Plus, Battery, Memory Cards, Bonus 6 mo warranty, & CPL: 15% Off

Black Friday / Cyber Monday Deals on Thinkware Dash Cameras
Thinkware makes some solid and reliable dashcams. I particularly like their energy saving parking mode, helpful for recording while parked for several days at a time.
Thinkware Dashcams are 20-40% off for Black Friday.
Thinkware U1000, $100 Off
I especially like it for the long term parking recording, especially when paired with the optional radar module. Instead of ~1 day of parked recording like other dashcams, this can give you up to a week of parked recording time.
For Black Friday, you can save $100, effectively getting the rear cam for free.
Save $100 on a Thinkware U1000
Thinkware F200 Pro, $40 Off
Save $40 on a Thinkware F200 Pro

This is a waterproof and shockproof motorsports dashcam for motorcycles, ATV’s, and more. It records in 1080p front and rear and offers electronic image stabilization to help with vibrations.

(Make sure you choose the appropriate output cable for your dashcam.)

256GB High Endurance MicroSD Card, 45% Off
Consider getting an extra card as a backup to store in your glovebox, especially in case you bring your memory card home and forget to bring it back next time you drive. (That’s happened to me so many times, lol…)
Save 45% on a 256 GB SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD Card
As more deals show up, I’ll keep updating this article, so remember to check back again during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. 👍

These detectors are too overpriced and the funny thing is that as times goes their prices don’t drop like all electronics do. We consumers need to show these manufacturers that they need to stop overcharging customers for these detectors.

What do you suggest? Escort is the only one doing any discounts at all this year. I know people want more discounts from them and more from other manufacturers and I completely understand. Personally I’m just grateful that we’re able to get detectors at all right now, given all the supply chain issues that have plagued the industry as of late.
Tom, That’s Escort 101. Overpriced and mediocre performance. Also no apologies, and rinse and repeat.
Better options exist.
Lol

Congrats! That should be a great setup for your new XT5. 🙂
Hi Ariel, my brother and I are having a hard time deciding between the BlackVue DR900X-2CH Plus vs. Viofo A129 Pro Duo 4K.
We have seen all your related videos but do not see any side by side comparison. Do you have one in the making or any recommendations between the two? Not sure if other subscribers have asked for this, but we sure are interested in your opinion.
